The firm was primarily engaged in the manufacture of Paints, Marine & Industrial Protective Coatings, Waterproofing Systems and application Services of the aforementioned products. After five years, the company was registered as a corporation at the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission on May 4, 1987, under Certificate of Registration Number CEO-0953 primarily to carry on the endeavor and business, for itself and for others the Manufacture & the Marketing of Paints, Marine & Industrial Protective Coatings, Waterproofing Systems and Construction Materials within the commerce of men.
